Social Networking and Video Make For a Great Combination

I have been on a bit of video craze lately and have been creating some great content for my blog, Twitter, and Facebook account.Falkland Islands and Malvinas Email List This has been a nice combination of video marketing tools with social networking sites as I look to enhance my brand.

I have started using tools, such as NCH software, which is a free web video software with editor and streaming video to make the production of videos greatly easier for me. I can now make cool videos in less than 15-20 minutes.

Additionally, I have been using 12second videos to create great short daily videos that can go out every day to my blog and my social networks. Think about someone emailing you a thought of the day on video. It is remarkable the number of applications that can be used with this software.

Now for those of you looking to create great videos with partners across the country there is now a cheap solution: Oovoo! This video conferencing tool is tremendous and I have been able to do videos with people as far away in New York and Seattle with both of us being on a split screen. Great for online interviews and short news videos, this has the potential to be a game changer.

Now that I have gone over the "toys" of video, let me talk a little bit about how to incorporate this into your business. The chief way to do this is by creating regular videos to increase your brand online for your network. They will constantly be reminded of how you can help them with these videos. Imagine what will happen when everyday you post a video on Facebook about something remarkable people can learn about their business.

Additionally, this can be a free giveaway. Imagine giving someone a 15 minute interview about social networking, entrepreneurship, marketing, etc. This short video could be the basis of starting up an email list.

Finally, you can use videos on social networking to drive traffic to your business. You create a video that you put on Facebook that will list a link at the end pointing a prospect towards your website to purchase your products.

Whichever option(s) you choose make sure that you incorporate videos into your business, because it could be the best addition you ever made to your business. Better yet, it could be some of the most cost effective marketing you have ever done.
